Isn't the bird on this card really cute? Can you tell how it's created? It is called an Extra Large Two- Step Bird, and no it is not a stamp. I did a demonstrator no-no by using a retired stamp for the swirls on the corners, but I like the effect. The cloud background is created by using scallop circles, attaching in a random fashion, and spongeing the page in layers. Pretty easy to do, and if you're in my Card Club, you'll be doing this technique this month. You'll also take home your own cloud template to use for stamping or scrapbooking.
