Card Swap Day 5

Who would have thought that a basic black and white card could be brought to life with just a little bit of color and some embossing? This card is another of the card swap designs and is made by Nancy Legate.  That pink color just "pops" between the embossing on the black background.  Check back tomorrow for yet another beautiful card.

Card Swap Days 3&4

 These 2 cards were also submitted at the card swap I attended on July 21.  Unfortunately, I cannot give credit to the designers, as they chose not to include their names.  There are some talented demonstrators in the group, that's for sure.

I just recently bought the stamp set used in the second card.  I can't wait to try some samples with it.  It also has coordinating vellum designer series paper.  There are some gorgeous patterns included!

Card Swap

One of the perks of being a Stampin' UP! demonstrator, is being able to get together with other demonstrators to share ideas, information, and designs.  Last weekend, I had the opportunity to meet with fellow demonstrators and do just that.  We also held a card swap.  Our theme was black and white with a hint of color.  There were some really great card designs! Today, I'll show you my design, then I'll share more in the coming days.
