Can you believe that these two ornaments are made using the same die? They both started as coasters that were run through the Big Shot using the Top Note Die. Turning the die cut coaster again and again through the Big Shot will give you different shapes. Dasher is stamped with Gold ink on both ornaments. The top one is edged with Close to Cocoa, with Shimmer Paint spritzed all over. The bottom ornament is painted with a mixture of Taken with Teal and Frost White Shimmer Paint. I think Dasher needed a little bit bolder embossing, but is still beautiful, none the less. Now I just have to order the gold cord to finish these. The Shimmer Paints and gold and silver cord are all found in the Holiday Mini Catalog. If you'd like me to show you and your friends how to make these, call me to book a workshop.
I'll be busy the next few days winterizing my home and preparing for a scrapbooking day on Saturday, so I'll post something again very soon. I may be busy, but never too busy to take your call or get a message through e-mail.
Happy Stamping,
Twila
